A cable joins a computer to the devices outside it.

Use
Place cables between a computer and the screens, hubs and other devices you want on its bus. A cable reaches out to every neighbor that takes one on that side: other cables, and screens, computers, hubs and the other cabled blocks on any side but their front. Its model shows each connection it makes.
A block right against a computer, not against its front, is on its bus without a cable. Screens and expansion hubs pass the connection on; other devices end it. A case ends it too: a cable can join two computers, but a computer is not a switch.
A device is on one computer’s bus at a time. The first computer to have it holds it.
You can also join devices without a cable using a Bluetooth card.
Crafting
A copper ingot in the middle with dried kelp in the eight places around it makes 8 cables.
Notes
- A cabled block can close the port on a side, so no cable joins there.
- External devices are hot-plugged: one that is not connected is not on the bus.
